BVM GROUP SIA is a Latvia-based recruitment and workforce support company. We help employers source and screen international candidates, coordinate preparation and documents, and stay connected with drivers throughout employment.
Tell us where you employ, what your operation needs and when you plan to hire. We will discuss the suitable recruitment route, current candidate options and the responsibilities on each side.
Recruitment. Preparation. Ongoing support.
Your operation. Our support.
More than finding a driver.
01
Candidate sourcing and screening
We review experience, licence and qualification status against the role you describe. Interviews include assessment of conversational English. The required level of language, experience and vehicle familiarity is agreed around your operation.
02
Preparation before departure
Candidate screening and pre-departure training form part of our recruitment process. Share the procedures, routes, equipment and safety expectations that a new driver needs to understand before joining your team.
03
Document coordination
We coordinate candidate document preparation for the agreed employment route. Licence recognition and work permission depend on the driver and destination. We can also help arrange Code 95 training and driver tachograph card applications, subject to local eligibility requirements.
04
Welfare during employment
Our Welfare team supports arrival and settling in. We remain in contact with both the employer and driver during employment to help address questions, practical difficulties and communication issues.
A clear starting point
From your hiring brief to a recruitment plan.
Describe the requirement
Share your employment country, depot, number of drivers, routes, equipment, language expectations and target start date.
Review the fit
We discuss the available candidate profiles, preparation needs and feasibility of the proposed employment route. Your team assesses suitability for the role.
Agree the scope
Responsibilities, commercial terms and the expected process are agreed for your project. Timing depends on candidate readiness, documents and the destination.
Prepare and stay connected
We coordinate the agreed preparation and arrival steps, with continued Welfare contact once the driver is working in your company.
Tell us what your fleet needs
Start with your workforce requirements.
You do not need a finished recruitment specification. Share the details you already know, and we can clarify the rest with you.
Tell us about your roles, employment country and operation. We can discuss CE drivers, dispatch support and other logistics roles.
Our focus is transport and logistics employers recruiting CE drivers and dispatch teams. Tell us your legal employer, country and operating requirements so we can discuss the relevant scope.
Do you recruit drivers only from India or the Gulf?
No. Our candidate audience is worldwide. Our current candidate sources and office network do not limit who can register. The available profiles and the feasibility of employment in your country must be checked for the specific requirement.
Can you arrange Code 95 and tachograph cards?
We can help arrange Code 95 training and driver tachograph card applications, subject to the candidate’s eligibility and local requirements. BVM does not issue government licences or work permissions.
How soon can drivers start, and what does recruitment cost?
There is no single timeline or price for every project. These depend on the role, destination, number of drivers, candidate readiness and required preparation. Send your brief so scope, responsibilities and commercial terms can be discussed for your project.
Does support end when the driver arrives?
No. Welfare includes arrival and settling-in support, with continued contact for both drivers and employers during employment.
Can you help with dispatch teams or driver training?
We also discuss recruitment for in-house dispatch teams and remote dispatch support, with training tailored to your workflows. BVM’s driver training programme at RIAS in Latvia is a separate educational project. Read about driver training.
