Who handles your registration

BVM GROUP SIA, registration No. 40203406317, Rostokas iela 4-24, Rīga, LV-1029, Latvia, is responsible for the candidate information submitted to BVM. Contact: info@bvmagency.com.

Purpose and information

We use the contact, licence, experience, availability and qualification details you provide to discuss driving opportunities with you. Registration is voluntary and based on your consent under Article 6(1)(a) GDPR. It is not an application to a named vacancy or a job offer. Please do not submit identity document numbers, scans or medical information.

Access and delivery

Authorised BVM recruitment staff use your registration. Formspree, Inc. handles form delivery, and Google Workspace handles the resulting email. These services may process information outside the European Economic Area, including in the United States. Formspree describes its use of Standard Contractual Clauses in its security information. Contact BVM for details of applicable transfer safeguards. We will discuss sharing a profile with a prospective employer with you first.

Retention

We retain this expression of interest for up to six months from registration, unless you withdraw consent earlier. Further recruitment processing or any necessary legal retention will be explained separately. Deletion covers the recruitment mailbox and any retained submission records.

Your choices

Email info@bvmagency.com to withdraw consent or request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability where applicable. Withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing. You can complain to Latvia’s Data State Inspectorate or your local supervisory authority. Registration is reviewed by people; this form does not make automated hiring decisions.
